- Vibrant colour, shape and tone, often created by nature are the main themes behind my work.
- Peeling off the layers and discovering the heart and soul of the subject is my primary goal.
- My inspiration comes from everything around me, in particular by the South West landscape.
- I love painting rolling hills, coastal paths, winding narrow lanes and hilltop towns.
- Pastels are a perfect medium for me, due to their rich colours, soft tactile qualities, immediacy and versatility.
